Russell is a founding partner of the Good Faith Partnership. He works extensively with the Home Office, refugee agencies, voluntary sector and faith communities to increase the capacity of communities to welcome vulnerable migrants and refugees in the UK.
Matthew Rhodes: RAMP Programme Director
Having worked as a corporate lawyer, Matthew was a founding staff member and Director of Strategy & Relationships at the immigration and integration think-tank British Future. He previously served as an adviser to The Rt Hon Stephen Timms MP.
Rosie Evans: Director of Strategy & Development
Having started her career as a strategy consultant, Rosie has worked with charities, the public sector and businesses to design and set-up programmes to deliver social integration and tackle prejudice, most recently as a Director and acting CFO at More in Common. She is a member of the GLA Social Integration Expert Panel.
Heather Staff: Adviser to Kate Green MP
Heather is a researcher and strategist who works on refugee integration, migration trends, human rights, political engagement and the rule of law, particularly in Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
Dr Russell Hargrave: Adviser to Tim Farron MP
Russell is a freelance researcher and journalist. Russell has worked at Asylum Aid, New Philanthropy Capital and Power to Change and was previously an assistant to Jenny Willott MP. His latest book on migration is due for publication later this year.
Sam Yung: Adviser to Steve Double MP
Sam came to the UK from Hong Kong. He was previously the Communications and Advocacy Manager for the Church Response for Refugees and prior to that worked at Conservative Central Office. He also works as Steve's Parliamentary Assistant.
Josh Richards: Adviser to the Bishop of Durham
As an associate of the Good Faith Partnership Josh has been working on refugee resettlement and asylum reform. He previously served as a community organiser and as parliamentary assistant to the Bishop of Durham in the House of Lords.
David Barclay: Adviser on Inclusion to the Mayor of Bristol, Marvin Rees
Following his term as President of the Oxford University Student Union, David worked as a community organiser in East London, led a national campaign on issues of money and debt, founded the Buxton Leadership Programme and authored a national report on multiculturalism.
Forward Maisokwadzo: Deputy Adviser on Inclusion to the Mayor of Bristol
A former journalist from Zimbabwe, Forward was previously National Media & Communications Officer for City of Sanctuary UK and Ireland. He also worked as Communications Manager for the Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Media Project run by The MediaWise Trust, a journalism ethics charity.
Ian Robinson: RAMP Adviser
Ian is a partner at Fragomen LLP, the world’s largest immigration law firm. Before joining Fragomen Ian held several roles in the Home Office including Assistant Director on Economic Migration.
Seema Farazi: RAMP Adviser
Seema is Senior Knowledge Manager, Counsel - Practising Barrister at Fragomen LLP. As a Barrister, she was previously a tenant at Doughty Street Chambers where she specialised in refugee and international law.
David Atter: Business Development
David previously worked as a Civil Servant, working on business development and campaigns such as CPD for Youth Workers and recruitment for the Royal Marines. He has experience as Head of Customer Marketing for FSCS a cornerstone of the Government’s financial stability framework. David previously held Marketing Director roles for the BBC, Time Warner and at a start-up backed by BT.
